COVID-19 Central Hub

In April 2020, the COVID-19 Outreach Response Team (CORT) was established as a HHCPC committee tasked to compile, educate, and distribute COVID-19 related information and resources to the public sector.  In association with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), CORT has completed the following projects:

• COVID-19 website and videos

• Distributed educational and preventative materials to local Hmong businesses/stakeholders

The efforts of committed HHCPC members and community members have made this work possible.

We have future plans to continue maintaining the COVID-19 website with up-to-date materials.
