HHCPC has partnered with MHealth MINI clinic to provide the influenza and Pfizer vaccines at Hmong Village on Sunday, November 14th, 2021 from 12:00 PM CT to 4:00 PM CT.

MHealth will supply vaccines, and staff vaccinators along with Hmong and Karen interpreters.

HHCPC will offer support staff to direct traffic, and help with setups and cleanups. Please complete the below form if you are interested in being a HHCPC volunteer staff.
